The southern cassowary plays a vital role in seed dispersal across tropical north Queensland’s rainforests, yet is under threat from habitat loss, car strikes and dog attacks. Each sock purchase helps support the Australian Geographic Society’s conservation and sustainability programs working to protect this endangered giant bird.

- Our Adult Socks socks are designed to be versatile fitting US sizes 7-12. This ensures a comfortable and snug fit for most adults.
- Care instructions - Machine wash your socks in cold water with similar colours. This helps prevent colour bleeding and maintains the vibrancy of your socks. Do not use bleach or harsh detergents, as they can damage the fibres and colours of the socks. For optimal longevity, line dry your socks. If you prefer machine drying, use a low heat setting. High heat can cause shrinkage and affect the elasticity of the sock.
