Duties and taxes

I sent my friend in Denmark 2 of your beautiful calendars directly through your mailing service.
I have sent calendars to my Danish friend for over 10 years through Australia Post and have never been charged duty or taxes
I appreciate you state in your website that international orders do not include any duties or taxes. However given my history of sending calendars in previous years I did not expect my friend to have to pay over $60 additional Australian dollars to receive the calendars .

20 years of lovin this diary

I have been purchasing this diary every year since 2004. I love turning the page every week to enjoy another amazing photograph.

Missing Diary?

Ordered the diary on 12th Nov. Tracking for my order has not changed since. Sent an email enquiring status of the order 20th Nov and had no reply. Item was in stock at the time of order, "fast shipping - dispatched within 24 hours"????

I love this diary. The photography is incredible. The pages are well set out. It is a pleasure to open the diary and see how beautiful is our country’s flora and fauna. The cover is of a really clever lifeform - the cuttlefish.
