Our change of mind policy
At Australian Geographic, we are happy to offer you an exchange, refund or store credit for change of mind, provided the item is in ‘as new’ condition and is accompanied with the proof of purchase. All refunds will be issued via the same channel as the original payment.
The following change of mind timeframes apply:
- In-store: 14 days from date of purchase
- Online: 14 days from date of delivery
A valid proof pf purchase is either:
- A legible copy of your store receipt
- A copy of your email order confirmation
Damaged, faulty or incorrect products
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email our Customer Care Team at email@example.com, who will be happy to assist you.
Please note: depending on the product, if you are bringing back an item deemed faulty, we may need to send this item back for testing with our supplier to confirm its condition.
Returning your purchase
Products purchased in-store must be returned to an Australian Geographic store. Unfortunately we are unable to accept in-store returns by post.
Products purchased online can be returned to any Australian Geographic store.
Please ensure products are packaged in their original packaging and the original invoice is included.
Return postage costs
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change of mind returns and exchanges.
When returning a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, we will arrange return postage on your behalf.
