How do I know if my order is 'Standard', 'Bulky' or available for 'International' delivery?
On the product page next to the price it will show an icon and state whether your item is available for 'Standard', 'Bulky' or 'International'. Then look at the 'Delivery' tab below the product for costings.

Can I buy Gift Cards online?
Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer Gift Cards online, we are working on making this available and we will let you know!
I have left my order a bit late, do you offer Express Post?
Yes we do, please call our customer service line and they can advise how much it will cost to add Express Post and can place the order for you.
Should I 'Register as a user' or just make my order as a 'Guest'
You can place your order as either. However the benefits of 'registering as a user' are:
- You can view your order
- You can see when it has been shipped
- You can check where your parcel is once it has entered the Aust Post system
- If you want to order the same items next time, it allows you to re-order at the click of a button
- It remembers your addresses etc so you don't have to re-type
As a 'Guest' it allows you to place and order but not review.
