Being a huge fan of cooking I was very excited by our Aussie Bush Cook Book. The first thing I liked about it was the heavy, solid manufacturing of the book. The spiral bound pages are tough so you know this book won't fall apart anytime over the next 50 years like some of my mother's cook books. The second thing I loved was the quality of the images. It's awesome to be able to see how amazing your food can look and then try and replicate that, so the photography was a really big plus for me. Last but not least I love the recipes and how they are all realistic and easy but still exciting and look delicious. There's no obscure ingredients that you have to go to ten different stores to find and they are the kind of recipes that you could then take and put your own spin on. I've used the scones recipe and one of the aussie breakky recipes and was really pleased with the end result. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it...
