I bought this for my son for Xmas, as he loves the planets and the stars, what better present to get for his room! We opened the box and realised quickly that this was going to be a nightmare to put together. The pieces are so cheap you could make this yourself, it's a joke! The kit is basically just curved bits of card that you have to contort into a sphere and this wouldn't be so bad if you didn't have to CUT OUT ALL THE STARS YOURSELF. I bought a cheap compass and got to work, I got about 30 mins in and just gave up, even once you've made your own holes, the rough holes aren't enough to make a proper projection. I can't see how this could have ever worked? How did this kit make it from design to the production line? I keep thinking of how I paid $25 for this crap and the time I wasted trying to put it together. :(
